These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the camera subscription portal, including AI Search, Bear Detection, account access, camera authentication, subscription management, and related billing workflows.
1. Account and access
You must use a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity performed through your account.
2. Camera authentication
Before subscribing a camera, you may be required to enter the Camera ID and administrator credentials. These credentials are used to verify that the camera can be managed by your account. You confirm that you are authorized to manage each camera you add or subscribe.
3. Subscription services
- AI Search plans may be limited by daily AI Event volume based on the selected plan.
- Bear Detection is provided on a per-camera subscription basis.
- Service availability may depend on camera connectivity, firmware, platform support, plan eligibility, and reseller or service provider configuration.
- Subscriptions are associated with the selected camera and account email.
4. Payments and billing
Payments, subscription checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another authorized third-party payment provider. By starting checkout, you agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the payment provider's checkout terms.
5. Service changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, platform changes, or service improvement. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with billing or camera authentication systems, reverse engineer service components, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel eligible active subscriptions from the subscription portal. Cancellation timing and access after cancellation may depend on the payment provider, reseller, service provider, and subscription arrangement.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided for subscription management and related camera service access. AI-based features may not detect every event and should not be used as the only method for safety, security, emergency response, or critical monitoring.
